Chicken Skewers with Beijing Marinade

A light recipe which gives an Asian twist to the known pullet skewers

Ingredients for 4 diners:

The skewers:

• 1 kg pullet meat cut into 3X3cm cubes.

The marinade:

• 3 spoons soy sauce

• 1 spoon honey

• Chopped hot chili- to taste

• 3 crushed fresh garlic cloves

• 1 spoon crushed ginger

• ½ teaspoon black pepper

• 4 spoons rice wine or semi dry white wine



Prepare the marinade:

Mix honey, soy, chili, garlic and ginger until paste- textured mix.

Mix the past with black pepper and wine until smooth marinade.

Marinade the chicken skewers for 24 hours in the fridge.

Roast the skewers and enjoy!
