Vietnamese Vegetable Salad
Ingredients:
• 1 carrot cut into thin strips
• 1 red cabbage cut into thin strips
• 1 cucumber cut into thin strips
• 10 cilantro leaves
• 2 finely chopped green onion stalks
• 2 spoons ground peanuts
Dressing:
• 1 Spoon rice vinegar
• 1 spoon soy sauce
• 1 spoon sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 1 teaspoon soy oil
• Chili oil to taste
Preparation:
Mix well all dressing ingredients until smooth mixture, add to the salad and enjoy!
