1 peeled papaya, sliced into long, thin sticks
1 crushed garlic clove
½ fresh chili
3 thinly- sliced cherry tomatoes
60gr Thai fish sauce
30gr white sugar
Juice out of 1 lemon
30gr crushed peanuts
Cilantro leaves for garnish
Mix fish sauce, sugar, lemon juice, crushed garlic and chili in a bowl until all sugar melted.
In a separate bowl, mix papaya, half of the peanuts, cilantro and cherry tomatoes. Then mix the salad with the sauce and sprinkle cilantro leaves on top.
